Many younger people are inclined to treat older, often very unskilled people, in a patronizing and cynical way.
Mr. Jones was at all times respectful and patient during my endless and sometimes dumb questioning. I am pleased with his service and will not hesitate to refer other clients to him.

Recently my computer informed me the C Drive was dangerously full. I panicked as this has all programs and files I do not want to loose.
I contacted Computer-Aid via the internet after finding them via Google.
Luigi contacted me by email and Phone within 24 hours and with one short home visit he completely fixed my problem, identified a few others I had, fixed them too and all with professionalism and a minimum of fuss and expense.
